Gail’s On Main, the talk of Napa Valley. The delicious food and elegant presentation is a must in this American restaurant and wine bar in the heart of the Napa Valley across from the theatre on highway 29 (Main Street) in beautiful downtown, St. Helena, California.

Located in a 111 year old historic building with 16 foot ceilings and solid rock walls, you will find the atmosphere as inviting as the food and wine

Chef Ira Mittelman has created a lunch and dinner menu which has something special for everyone.

Appetizers include a Napa Valley Strudel filled with wild mushrooms, oysters, sautéed in Chardonnay and shallots finished with a lime basil cream sauce; Gravlox (house-cured salmon) topped with caviar; or, a homemade ravioli of the day.

Entrées include the best lamb osso bucco you've ever had! Fresh fish like Ahi tuna, salmon and stuffed trout are for fish lovers; an all-American rib-eye steak with a Jack Daniel's sauce and the customer's favorite, a grilled pork chop with a mango habanero barbecue sauce and mango salsa for the meat eaters.

Pasta lovers will enjoy the smoked duck, porcini mushrooms and calamata olives with fresh spinach pasta; a vegetable lasagne; house-made gnocchi and ravioli made fresh daily.

Homemade Desserts are a great finish. Add a delectable dessert and a Glass of our premium port wine to complete your dining experience.
