Each wine is paired with our creative, culinary cookies for a delightful and unexpected tasting experience. They are made with surprising ingredients that highlight the flavors in the wines they are paired with:

The Vineyard Series Tasting includes the following wines and cookies:

• Orange Bee—Unoaked Chardonnay: Zest of Orange and Wildflower Honey mingled with Fennel Sea Salt.
• Loops – Napa Valley Chardonnay: A balance of Butter, Olive Oil, Lemon Zest, Pink Peppercorn, and Himalayan Sea Salt.
• French Stallion – Napa Valley Red Wine: Savory Herbs de Provence mixed with Grey Sea Salt blended inside a Buttery Dough, Dappled with Hibiscus Sea Salt.
• Black Bacon – DCV Cabernet Sauvignon: Savory Hardwood Smoked Peppered Bacon, Alaea Hawaiian & English Maldon Sea Salt.
• Cardamom Crunch – DCV Rabicano: Deep butter crunch, speckled with Cocoa Nibs and Black Cardamom, dusted with dark Cocoa Powder.

The Signature Series Tasting includes the following wine and cookies:
