Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will join a welcome reception with a raw seafood bar, oyster shucking, caviar and local Fieldwork Brewing beer on the Hilltop patio while overlooking the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Partnering with local Robert Sinskey Vineyards, Chef Meneghelli will serve an indulgent family-style dinner in the Hilltop Dining Room. Adding in a playful element for the second Carneros Supper Club, local chefs from the region will join Chef Meneghelli and guests around the table.
Dishes will be inspired by braised winter food, such as choucroute garnie and will feature salted meats and charcuterie cured in-house, pickled and preserved items, house-made sauerkraut, cabbage, and mustards, and more. Each course will also feature ingredients that Chef Aaron pulls from Carneros Resort and Spa’s onsite farm and garden.
