Add a hands-on cooking class experience to your Wine Country getaway and take home some great new recipes. They begin at the Farmers’ Market to select fresh seafood from a local vendor and other offerings for their seasonal menu. This class will focus on making some classic recipes using a variety of seasonal seafood available. The menu may begin with a Dungeness Crab Cakes served with Spicy Remoulade; for the main course they may prepare a hearty seafood stew such as Cioppino or perhaps a Seafood Jambalaya or Paella. CasaLana will wrap up their feast with a soul-satisfying dessert such as Buttermilk Panna Cotta or Lemon Shortcake with Sautéed Berries.
