Sushi-Making Workshop at the Food & Wine Center at The Meritage Resort & Spa offers a hands-on culinary experience focused on the art of preparing sushi. Guests learn the foundations of sushi rice, fresh ingredient selection and sushi rolling techniques.

The class includes preparation of traditional sushi rice, miso soup, a California roll, spicy tuna roll and a signature roll of each guest’s creation. Participants then gather to enjoy their handcrafted sushi alongside chef-prepared selections and mochi ice cream. Free-flowing wine complements the experience, making this an engaging introduction to sushi-making and Napa Valley culinary experiences.
