This hands-on 3-day Culinary Vacation teaches foundational skills including various cooking techniques, knife skills, stocks and more. This course teaches foundational skills that you will use everyday, skills that will give you greater confidence in the kitchen. The classes are tailored to each participant’s level and whatever your level you will leave with new skills and knowledge.
