Collabria Care—Collabria Hospice (formerly Napa Valley Hospice & Adult Day Services) invites you to their Thirteenth Annual Golf Tournament on Monday, May 14, at the beautiful Eagle Vines Vineyards & Golf Club. The Shotgun Scramble, open to all golfers, starts at 1:00 p.m. The registration fee of $175 includes the greens fee, buffet lunch, and awards dinner.
