Striking the delicate balance between timeless luxury and innovative culinary, Bardessono’s Lucy restaurant will present a Chocolate Pairing Dinner, in collaboration with Kollar Chocolates and B Cellars. The four-course menu will introduce savory selections of thoughtfully designed dishes before transitioning into a tasty treat to top off the evening. Each chocolate-inspired dish will have an expertly paired wine available for an optimized palate.

Set for its debut on Thursday, November 8, 2018, the Chocolate Pairing Dinner will take place at Bardessono’s Lucy restaurant, beginning with a chocolate cocktail reception at 7 p.m. and proceeding with the 4-course pairing dinner, with presentation by Executive Chef Nate Lindsay and Artisan Chocolatier Chef Chris Kollar.
