Created by executive chef Nate Lindsay, the meticulously orchestrated Christmas Dinner menu strikes the delicate balance between sustainable innovation and timeless luxury, featuring fresh, garden-inspired cuisine for an elevated Christmas dining experience.
Menu items include Hand-rolled Gnocchi and Pumpkin Bisque to start, followed by entrée choices of Spiced Lamb Chops with Butternut Squash and Lobster Risotto, with an Eggnog Panna Cotta for dessert. Reservations for Christmas dinner can be made through the Bardessono website.
