Bardessono is excited to host its first annual Latke Throw Down. In preparation for a festive holiday season, Bardessono’s very own, Executive Chef Jim Leiken is hosting and also competing in the latke making competition at Bardessono on the event patio.

Kicking off the holiday season on Thursday, Dec. 2 from 5-6 pm, guests are invited to observe and taste the latke creations from a competitive set of contenders, who most around town will recognize.

The judges determining who has created the best tasting latkes include Mayor John Dunbar, Chef Cindy Paulson and Rabbi Niles Goldstein.
