During this sensory experience guests will gain a fuller understanding of how great Napa Valley Cabernet evolves in the bottle and which Profile vintages are personal favorites.

This 60-minute guided seminar will be led by Merryvale proprietors assisted by an engaging and highly regarded Master Sommelier, Sur Lucero. Following this tasting, guests will be treated to an Italian inspired lunch catered by Tre Posti and paired with Merryvale and Profile Collection wines.
