Wellness Week 2022 Restorative Yoga & Chakra Balancing with Calistoga Fit
As part of Calistoga Wellness Week, Calistoga Parks & Recreation and Calistoga Fit present this Restorative Yoga and Chakra Balancing class with Pilar at Resort at 400 Silverado Trail. Experience a deeper level of inner peace with the perfect combination of Restorative Yoga and Chakra Balancing. Through breath awareness and restorative poses let your body settle into the present moment. Complete your journey with a guided Chakra Balancing meditation to help cleanse, clear and balance your energy. Perfect for balancing your mental and physical health and well-being.

• This class will take place on the Meditation deck between the Spa and the Fitness Center.
• For guests arriving by bicycle or walking, you will be able to self-park your bike near the lobby of the property. If arriving by vehicle, the entrance is off of Silverado Trail, look for the address 400 Silverado Trail, as you pull into the property veer left and head up the ramp to our arrival court. The Resort will valet park your vehicle. The meditation desk is to the left of Spa Talisa.
