Join Silverado Resort and Spa as they kick-off their 2023 Winemaker Dinner Series with Beaulieu Vineyard on Thursday, February 23. Winemaker, Trevor Durling will share his knowledge and stories from grapes to glass. Executive Chef Patrick Prager has created a five-course menu that pairs with Beaulieu Vineyard wines.
