Together, they will craft a collaborative menu that celebrates their distinct culinary styles.
To kick off this exciting series, we are honored to host Chef Chris Shepherd, a James Beard award-winning chef with deep roots at Robert Mondavi Winery. Chef Shepherd will draw inspiration from his Houston heritage, using local, seasonal ingredients to infuse a touch of California flair into a Texas Steakhouse-inspired meal. Each dish will be expertly paired with wines from our esteemed collection, promising an unforgettable culinary experience.
