What goes better with legendary country music than 10 hour smoked Brisket with all the fixins? Slow cooked over oak wood, Tim brings a mouthwatering Texas style smoke BBQ with a unique twist.
Singer Songwriter Mark Powell will take the night away, singing and playing guitar bringing you chart topping country music. Offering the audience an authentic inside look at Texas Country music with stories of how their songs came to be, all while guests enjoy a seated dinner paired with a Pope Valley Wines.
