Philip Krohn & AUXART’S site-specific work Hawks and Doves will take full flight with a special performance by an ensemble of the Bay Area’s most adventurous musicians.

Hawks & Doves, a 150-yard sculptural line-drawing in di Rosa’s historic olive grove, delves into themes of flight, perspective, and rhythm. This conceptual piece features a performance led by Krohn with drummer Scott Amendola, creating an evolving soundscape in five 10-minute segments. The musicians will transition from solo percussion to rich musical dialogues, exploring dissonance, rhythm, and interaction.
