Bardessono Hotel & Spa presents the 4th annual Latke Throwdown, a lively holiday event celebrating latkes and community spirit. Local chefs, including Bardessono’s Executive Chef Rick Edge, will compete to create the ultimate latke in a 30-minute showdown. Guests can sample each chef’s creation and watch the winner be awarded the coveted Golden Spatula by a panel of local culinary experts, judged on creativity, presentation, and taste.

After the event, Chef Rick’s winning latke will be featured at Lucy Restaurant and Bar. All ticket proceeds benefiting Parents CAN, a Napa nonprofit supporting families of children with special needs. Tickets are available online or at the door.
