Picayune Cellars & Mercantile invites you to their first Bistro Popup, featuring a sumptuous cassoulet dinner crafted by Chef Ross Melling. This classic French dish, a hearty stew of tender duck confit, savory pork sausages, and creamy white beans, has been a cherished staple of French cuisine since medieval times. Chef Ross will prepare his signature version of this beloved dish, served alongside a fresh salad and dessert.

The evening will also include a celebratory glass of Picayune’s Black Label Champagne, imported from France, perfectly complementing the meal. With French music, fine wine, and exceptional food, this event promises to bring the charm and flavors of France to Picayune Cellars.
