Join The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone for a flavorful and educational Farm to Table Open House, hosted by CIA Bachelor’s students. This special event showcases the journey of food from farm to plate with an array of sweet bites from the Bean to Bar chocolate program, savory dishes featuring freshly grown produce and hand-raised chicken, and seasonal Garden to Glass cocktails.
VIP guests will enjoy a guided tour of the CIA’s culinary gardens, welcome bites, and a glass of Library Wine from the cellar. Please arrive at 11:30 AM for the VIP tour.
