Violetto is a fine-dining Italian restaurant in St. Helena, located within the historic Alila Napa Valley estate. Led by Chef Mark Shoemaker, Violetto offers four- and eight-course tasting menus inspired by Italian culinary traditions and the seasonal ingredients of Northern California.
