Labor Day weekend at the Calistoga Speedway… Join them for two nights of family fun and high speed Sprint Car racing with drivers from all over the United States. A commemoration of Louie Vermeil, a Calistoga resident and significant contributor to the heart and soul of competition at this historical racetrack that originated in 1938. Saturday, August 31st starts at 1pm in the Pavilion for Wine Tasting from over 25 local wineries with live music, food and merchandise vendors to enjoy prior to the grandstands opening at 4pm. Sunday September 1st the fun continues again from 1-4 with Beer Tasting and live music in the Pavilion prior to another exciting show of exhilirating action as the sun sets at this beautiful Napa Valley racing facility. On track action starts at 5pm with racing at 6pm (times subject to change).
