Please join moderator Gilles de Chambure MS for an exhilarating gallop from the Gulf of Mexico north as they taste the wines from vines brought by Spanish conquistadores, planted by Franciscan missionaries, and nurtured from Baja to Alta California, where they are tended today in the valleys of Guadalupe and Napa. They are indebted to General Mariano Vallejo for his insistence that good wine be always on one’s table.

You will taste wines in a variety of styles from historic to modern, from Baja to Napa, including those by their Hispanic vintners native to Napa, with forebears from Mexico. The seminar is followed by a lunch prepared by Inglenook’s Winery Chef, Alex Lovick and accompanied by wines from Inglenook, a founding winery of NVWLA.
