Chefs know that the best-tasting food comes from healthy soil. But what exactly does that mean? Come taste, smell, feel, and learn about healthy soil. And learn the optimistic and delicious story of how farming is our best hope for reversing climate change!

Join Chef Anthony Myint of The Perennial and Farmer Tucker Taylor (aka Instagram star, @farmert) for a special demonstration and complimentary soil and menu tasting! Free admission but space is limited!

The demonstration will run at 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Approximate time of each demonstration is 30 minutes. This event is part of their Conversations at Copia Soil: Dirt to Dish Weekend. Join them for more events throughout the weekend! To see the full schedule, visit: ciaatcopia.com/soil-weekend/.
