During this fun and unique two-hour experiential program, you will smell, touch and evaluate various species of truffles and products, and learn how to select, store and prepare them with culinary truffle expert Chef Ken Frank of Michelin starred La Toque. You’ll also discover surprising and interesting aspects of truffles with world-renowned truffle scientist Dr. Paul Thomas of American Truffle Company, and sample tasty truffle bites paired with Davis Estates wines.
