An Evening with National Geographic Live Featuring Urban Ecologist Dr. Chris Schell comes to the EcoLab Theater at CIA Copia in Napa. Doors open at 5:30 PM, with the program beginning at 6:00 PM. Presented by National Geographic Live, this dynamic event brings Explorer Dr. Chris Schell to the stage for an eye-opening look at the wildlife living alongside us in America’s cities. From coyotes navigating urban streets to foxes and raccoons adapting neighborhood by neighborhood, Dr. Schell blends vivid visuals with powerful storytelling to reveal how history, human decisions, and environmental injustice shape modern urban ecosystems.
More than a traditional nature talk, the evening weaves together science, culture, and social awareness—challenging audiences to rethink what they notice, overlook, and imagine for the future of their communities.
