The Cuvaison Tasting Room debuts its Estate Dinner series with a one-night-only menu from acclaimed Chef Jose Mejia, known for his refined Napa-inspired cuisine. The evening begins with a rare barrel tasting led by Winemaker Steve Rogstad, followed by Day Boat Scallop Crudo paired with the 2021 Brut Rosé and a vibrant Heirloom Tomato Salad with the 2021 Coeurtina Chardonnay.

For the main course, enjoy Roasted Akaushi New York Strip with Maitake mushrooms and Sauce Chartreuse alongside the 2019 Henry’s Keep red. Dessert features Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog cheese over lemon Pain Perdu with candied hazelnuts and blackberry jam, paired with the 2019 Brandlin Cabernet Sauvignon. Seating is limited for this intimate food and wine experience.
