Please join us for a unique cooking experience with Chef Massimo Falsini from Solbar. Hosted at Hindsight Vineyards. Learn to make a classic pasta dough with Chef Massimo Falsini, Italian chef with a knack for infusing his cooking classes with warmth, ease, and flavorful foods. During the cooking class, he’ll guide you through techniques for slicing perfect pappardelle noodles, as well as filling and crimping their very own homemade ravioli. Once you’ve mastered the pasta making technique, Chef can guide them into making a three course lunch. After the class, they welcome you to sit and enjoy your makings.
