Small bites and live cooking stations will complement the wines being poured. Solbar’s Executive Chef, Massimo Falsini, will host the program’s “Grand Tasting” event accompanied by local chefs from Calistoga. Calistoga chefs will include Gustavo Rios of Evangeline, Reylon Agustin with Rosewood Sand Hill and James Richmond with Veraison. Additional participating chefs will be announced in the coming months.
Calistoga Food & Wine Event is a multi-day celebration of Upper Valley grape growers, farmers, chefs and makers. Founded by Solbar at Solage, an Auberge Resort, in 2013, the annual celebration is designed to bring together neighbors and travelers to the table plentiful with heritage, harvest and community.
