Experience deep rest and renewal at Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra at Meadowood. This calming, candlelit evening invites guests to gently turn inward and embrace winter’s natural rhythm of stillness and restoration.
Led by certified Yoga Therapist Jessica De Lasaux, the experience begins with a 50-minute restorative yoga practice designed to quiet the mind and relax the nervous system. This is followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra meditation, offering profound rest and mental clarity. Supportive props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks help the body fully relax as poses are held comfortably for extended periods.
Hands-on adjustments may be offered during restorative yoga. This class is accessible to all fitness levels. Availability is limited.
