Join them for an exciting evening with CIA alum. chef, and 2015 Bocuse d’Or Silver Medalist and 2017 Head Coach, Philip Tessier. Learn about the history of the Bocuse d’Or and Chef Tessier’s journey to becoming the first American to medal in the competition, as documented in his new book, Chasing Bocuse: America’s Journey to the Culinary World Stage. The evening will also feature a culinary demonstration, tasting, book signing, and meet-and-greet with Chef Tessier.
