Learn from The Meritage Resort’s culinary team during three cooking classes throughout September. Each class will teach different skills in the kitchen and focus on providing the skills needed to create and plate a beautiful and tasty meal. Classes are available individually or you can take them all.
This class, led by their pastry chef, will impart some of the best tips and tricks to create delicious and decadent desserts from the best batter to the perfect icing and more as you create eclairs and Boston cream cupcakes. Sip on sparkling wine (or cider) throughout and enjoy your creations during this fun, interactive experience. Age 10 and over recommended.
