Cakebread Cellars welcomes you to celebrate Dungeness crab season with a hands-on culinary experience! Join Chefs Brian and Josh as they guide you through selecting, prepping, and cooking fresh Northern California Dungeness crab, complemented by a menu crafted to pair perfectly with Cakebread’s Chardonnays.

The menu includes Jack’s signature crab cakes, crisp crab tostadas, a flavorful cioppino, harissa-spiced roast crab, and a blueberry-lime cheesecake to finish. This engaging, participatory class includes a winery tour, an appetizer reception, and a three-course lunch. Guests leave with recipes, wine notes, and a Cakebread Cellars apron—plus fond memories and new friends!
