Experience the magic behind the wine by spending a “Day In The Life” at Round Pond Estate with their winemaking team!
Your immersion into winemaking will begin in the vineyard, where you will learn about – and participate in – each part of the process of turning great grapes into fine wine. In the winery, you’ll work on and sample wines in various stages: fresh juice, partially fermented wine, and finished wine in barrel. After a guided tasting of their olive oils, your day will end with an artisan lunch prepared by their estate chef paired with their estate wines while under the shade of the pergola.
