CIA at Copia is excited to host the New American Harvest, a celebration of American Agriculture and the connection to the food and the land it comes from. Join us for a day with a film screening and Q&A, a chef’s dinner, and an expo with vendors, producers, artisans and more. The day culminates in a Chef’s Dinner created by the renowned chefs of Bacoa in Puerto Rico.
