During your visit, you will learn about different methods of planting and trellising and their sustainable farming practices along with the history of The Hess Collection Winery. Settle under a redwood grove in their historic Monte La Salle ranch to savor their Small Block Series and Mount Veeder wines accompanied by a boxed lunch prepared by their Executive Chef, Chad Hendrickson.
