Lisa is the project director for the Del Chiaro Center for Ancient Italian Studies at UC Berkeley. She’ll give an informative lecture with visuals, as she highlights the dining and drinking customs of this fascinating culture. Chef Stefano Masanti will bring the Etruscan banquet table to life by creating a dining experience using many of the same ingredients and techniques used by the ancient Etruscans.
