Enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience! CIA Farm-to-Table students will prepare an amazing farm dinner held on the unforgettable Herb Terrace of The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone. The evening will include a reception with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated multi-course dinner paired with Napa Valley wines, all served al fresco overlooking a beautiful view of the valley.
