Picayune Cellars & Mercantile invites guests to an unforgettable evening of French cuisine, wine, and music. Chef Ross Melling will prepare a classic Coq au Vin, served with Chef Robuchon’s renowned Pomme Purée, bacon lardons, and button mushrooms. The meal begins with a seasonal mixed green salad featuring goat cheese and red wine vinaigrette, followed by a decadent Vanille Crème Brûlée for dessert.

Guests will be greeted with a splash of Black Label Champagne, setting the stage for a night of French elegance, exquisite flavors, and lively ambiance. This culinary experience, filled with charm and flair, promises an evening to remember. Reservations recommended.
