Experience Global Street Foods at CIA at Copia, a hands-on class that explores the world’s favorite street eats. While fine dining is wonderful, street food is the quickest (and often most fun) way to dive into a region’s culture. Made by local artisans using traditional tools and techniques, the dishes from stalls, trucks, and markets reveal the flavors, ingredients, and community of each place.
In this class for adults 18 and over, you’ll learn to make street foods found on a stick, in a bowl, or sandwiched in fresh-made bread. Gain techniques and recipes you can bring home to recreate these beloved dishes in your own kitchen.
The experience includes four hours of hands-on instruction plus one hour to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared, paired with wine.
