Silverado Resort and Spa invites you to the Hall Wine Dinner, an extraordinary evening inside the Mansion featuring a curated menu paired with exceptional Hall Wines.
Guests will enjoy a multi-course dining experience, including highlights such as Seared Scallops with 2021 Walt Sonoma Coast Chardonnay, Grilled Veal Loin paired with 2020 Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tandoori-Spiced Rack of Lamb complemented by 2020 Kathryn Hall Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The evening concludes with a decadent Dark Chocolate Mille Feuille paired with 2022 BACA Double Dutch Paso Robles Zinfandel.
