Hosted by Proprietors Susan and Duane Hoff, along with Winemakers Tony Arcudi and Chelsea Hoff and Director DLynn Proctor, this immersive experience offers a rare behind-the-scenes look at Napa Valley’s most exciting season. Begin with a welcome toast and seasonal bites before heading into the vineyard for grape sampling and harvesting a small lot destined for the 2025 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.

Join the cellar team for interactive winemaking tasks, including sorting fruit, punchdowns, and pumpovers, followed by a stroll through Fantesca’s hillside wine cave. The day concludes with a family-style alfresco lunch at the Hoff’s private residence, featuring current releases and special library selections.
