Put your palate to the test during the Harvest Blind Wine Tasting at FARM Restaurant and Bar, located at Carneros Resort and Spa. Running every Thursday in October from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, this interactive class is led by an Advanced Sommelier and open to both resort guests and the public.
Participants will taste through two classic white and two red varietals, analyzing aroma, acidity, tannin, body, and finish to uncover what is in each glass. Designed for all experience levels, from curious beginners to seasoned wine lovers, it offers a fun, bold way to deepen your wine knowledge in Napa Valley.
