Join The Meritage Resort for an evening of hands-on learning in our state-of-the-art Food & Wine Center!

Chef Keo Xayavong, Chef at Sushimoto, will be providing step-by-step instructions for the creation of Gnocchi, Bolognese, Creamy Polenta, and an Italian Chop salad. After cooking your dish, we will gather to enjoy our creation and a glass of wine.
