Gather around the Farmstead fire pit with some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs. Their 2018 guest chefs will work alongside our executive chef Stephen Barber and culinary team to roast, smoke and sear a family-style feast served right from the flames alongside our award-winning Long Meadow Ranch wines, benefitting the Timothy Hall Foundation. With four James Beard Foundation Award nominations for Best Chef: Northeast, four Cochon 555 wins, and a spot on Food & Wine’s “40 Under 40 Big Thinkers In America” list, chef Matt Jennings is recognized nationally for his bold, lusty cooking.

Jennings restaurant, Townsman, was named one of Esquire Magazine’s Best New Restaurants in America; USA Today named it one of the 10 Best New Restaurants in the country, and Food & Wine included Townsman in their list of ten Restaurants of The Year. Jennings recently released his debut cookbook: Homegrown: Cooking From My New England Roots (Artisan Book).
