Gather around the Farmstead live fire pit with some of the world’s most acclaimed chefs. Their 2018 guest chefs will work alongside their executive chef Stephen Barber and our entire culinary team to roast, smoke and sear a family-style feast served right from the flames alongside our award-winning Long Meadow Ranch wines.

This series benefits the Timothy Hall Foundation. Pat Martin, one of the country’s most renowned pit masters, is self-taught, having learned the art and craft of West Tennessee-style smoke and meat in the small town of Henderson, Tennessee, before making Nashville his home. West Tennessee’s legendary whole-hog barbecue tradition is the cornerstone of Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint. The restaurants have been featured on the Food Network, Travel Channel, Cooking Channel, and TheToday Show, as well as in publications such as Bon Appetite, Esquire, Conde Nast Traveler and Men’s Journal.
