Thursday nights in the month of September they will be showcasing the passion, and incredible food, of Napa’s smallest independent, and mobile, culinary teams.
Chef Nes Atayde and family explore traditional Mexico City dishes with a focus on fresh Napa Valley produce. Expect: An introduction to hand-made Huaraches, Pambazos, Chilaquiles, and other fare that rarely make it this far North. Also on the menu: specialty salads and sandwiches with modern twists like homemade duck chorizo with butter-poached potatoes. Vegan options available.
All wines by the glass are 1/2 price, and all beer on tap is just $5.
