Celebrate the Lunar New Year on February 14 & February 15 from 1:00–4:00 PM at Rotation by Feast it Forward at Oxbow Public Market with an afternoon of culture, cuisine, and conversation. Legendary chef Martin Yan presents A Taste of China, guiding guests through an unforgettable culinary journey.

The experience includes two live cooking demonstrations (1:00 and 3:00 PM), tastings of five authentic signature dishes that highlight tradition and technique, and a Martin Yan cookbook for a special book signing. Guests will also enjoy surprise entertainment honoring the spirit and symbolism of the Lunar New Year. Craft cocktails and wine will be available for purchase.
