Humboldt Distillery Master Class & Cocktail Experience at POST Tasting Lounge at Carneros Resort and Spa invites guests to discover the craft and character of Humboldt Distillery through an engaging afternoon of spirits and cocktails.

The experience begins with a guided tasting of three spirits while learning about the Humboldt County distillery and its small-batch approach. A master mixologist then demonstrates how to create three signature cocktails, sharing techniques and tips as each drink is prepared and served.

After the tasting and cocktail session, guests can relax with an included picnic lunch from Market on Town Square. Participants will also receive two complimentary Humboldt Distillery tastings to enjoy at a future date and have the opportunity to enter a raffle.
