Start the night at 6 p.m. with appetizers, wine and the soft sounds of live music at their reception. The journey continues with a decadent five-course tasting menu at 7 p.m. in our grand Estate Cave, located 40 feet underground. Throughout the evening, third-generation vintner Matt Duncan will speak about the storied history of both Silver Oak and Twomey, with menu presentations by The Meritage Resort’s Executive Chef Ryan Rupp, who is responsible for making sure that every dish pairs perfectly with every wine we serve.
