Perched above the vineyards in St. Helena, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is one of the world’s foremost centers of food and wine education. With an alumni list that includes Charlie Palmer, Grant Achatz, and Cat Cora, this is the destination for food and wine enthusiasts who want to dig deeper, explore farther, and learn more.

The closing night celebration kicks off with a reception on the terrace, where guests will be invited to sample an array of fine Napa wines. Dinner will showcase the dedication, energy, and enthusiasm of CIA’s faculty and student chefs, who will collaborate on this special meal. Held alfresco against the dramatic backdrop of the ivy-covered historic stone building, the meal will be prepared with seasonal ingredients from local farms and the Institute’s culinary gardens, and paired perfectly with a curated selection of wines.
